Introduction

This component will allow users to
-View the available classes/ratings.
-View the predicted rating if applicable.
-View the user rating if applicable.
-Associate the rating with a chunk for a session (D2K analysis/workset)

Minimum Client expectations

-Retrieve a list of available classes and ratings.
-Display those ratings and associate an event with the selection of the ratings and submission of the ratings to the server.

Renderer

This widget could be part of the chunk renderer, in any case it needs to be tightly coupled with the renderer with the chunk being displayed.
