Define project/workset/session/ui preference management requirements.

1. A user has one or more projects.
2. A project has one or more workset.
3. A user has many Toolsets and each toolset has toolset properties and UI properties.
   1. Toolset properties contain the toolset definition itself: the tools and their sequence, the components within each tool, and labels for the toolset and the tools. UI properties contain things like window size and location for each component with the tools, and potentially, default values for elements within a component.
4. A workset has zero or more training data and zero or more results.
5. Each training data can have zero or more results.
