Goals
- Create or procure METS records for the collections, NCF, Documenting American South, Emily Dickinson, Wright American Fiction (19th Century), Early American Fiction. (Kelly)
- Select a classification System for collection level metadata.
- Formalize the chunk levels across the collection.
- Create new calls in the MONK proxy layer to efficiently retrieve such METs record and query them.

Administrative Metadata: property rights, subscriptions (technical, intellectual, source, provenance)
File Groups: to get sizes
Structural Map: chunk data
Behavior: list of possible behaviours, so we can, for instance, turns cards off and on
