MONK Interface cell call

We looked at the MONK interface trac tickets: http://tapor-dev.mcmaster.ca/~humviz/monk/trac-user/report/6
We started using this system two weeks ago.
13/50 tickets have been completed so far.

We looked at which ones are tagged "sara": http://tapor-dev.mcmaster.ca/~humviz/monk/trac-user/tags/'sara'
We increased the priority of most of these to the highest level: critical.
4/13 of these have been completed so far.

Can we make a Milestone 1 completion branch? Yes. Then we'll promote the status of outstanding M1 tickets that we moved to M2, which is due mid-Oct.

We will break some of our existing composite tickets into tickets with individual tasks.

People will assign more of the tasks to themselves. The critical ones in M2, for instance, should all be assigned as soon as we can.
